Shipping, delivery and payment conditions (GTC)

You choose your Nobis specialities from the Nobis gift catalog. We will take care of everything else, including all shipping and possible customs formalities. Nobis ensures that your gift package is on time without additional charges for the recipient. There are a few points to keep in mind so that your package can reach the recipient in perfect condition and deliciously fresh at the desired date.


Use our online store or contact us via phone to send your orders, inquiries and special requests to our gift service.

The contract is concluded via online shop exclusively in German. After you have sent your order, we will send you an E-Mail confirming the receipt of your order and providing details (acknowledgment of receipt). This receipt informs you that your order has been received by us. At the same time we accept your offer and the purchase contract is concluded. You will also receive all the customer information that you should print out for your records with the confirmation of receipt. Your orders will be stored with us after the onclusion of the contract. If you lose your documents for your orders, please contact us via E-mail / Fax / Phone. We will gladly send you a copy of the data. In the event of delivery delays, we will inform you as soon as possible.


Shipping costs also include the following Nobel services:

  • Postage and delivery fee
  • Assembling and unbreakable packaging of the articles
  • Address stickers (Position of a suitable Excel file for large orders)
  • Adding your personal greeting cards

Note: We are committed to protecting your personal Information!
We ship (domestically) with DHL.
We do not charge a minimum quantity surcharge.

Shipping abroad is as a premium package with a shortened postal delivery time. Prices include DHL’s cheapest shipping costs.

* The import regulations for food in the USA (registration with the US Food and Drug Administration) are particularly strict. As a result, we are forced to charge this additional work with €6 per shipment.

With a value of goods from 35, – € to a delivery address, we calculate the shipping costs listed above within Germany only with 50%. From 70, – € value of goods to a delivery address, we ship for free within Germany.

If you wish to ship to other countries as a premium package, please contact us via phone to receive information on the shipping costs beforehand.

Business customers are also welcome to ship through us in cooperation with our own shipping service provider.


Please use the form available from us to simplify to simplify the order placement. Please provide the recipient address well readable (block letter) with a postcode, street and house number (Note: parcels can not be sent to a mailbox).


Orders can only be processed when they are complete (that is, with complete order or recipient addresses or address lists and, if desired, with your greeting cards).


Nobis ships to any desired address in Germany and abroad. Shipping is plus all shipping and customs formalities.


To assure quality and fresshness we work on a craft basis without warehousing in our bakery. Accordingly, it requires a perfect pre-planning, especially before Christmas. Therefore: Be sure to order in time! This means about 3 weeks before the desired arrival date in Germany or Europe and 4 weeks before the desired date with worldwide shipping outside Europe.

Please keep in mind that many of the recipients also travel over the holidays.
Incoming orders will be processed as quickly as possible in order of their receipt.


No preservatives are processed in our products. The gift is therefore intended for fresh consumption. In case of improper storage of the food, we assume no liability.


After invoicing, we ask for immediate payment without further deductions. For all orders, we reserve the right of ownership until complete payment of the entire claim. If you make payments through a foreign bank, we charge you a change fee of €10 (for payments with IBAN and BIC or to our account with Postbank Cologne you can deduct the change fee from the invoice amount – foreign checks are not accepted for cost reasons).


For bulk shipping quantities please talk about terms and shipping costs with our gift-service. Central delivery of packages ready for dispatch to a place of delivery specified by you is possible by carrier, by post or by Nobis delivery service.


The shipping costs do not include customs and tax, which may be charged in foreign countries in the recipient countries. Faulty and incomplete recipient addresses lead to a return of the packages to us. Unfortunately, we have to charge the purchaser for the resulting costs. We cannot provide a replacement or refund for unsolicited packages from the post office.


Complaints due to obvious defects can only be processed and acknowledged upon submission of the rejected article in the original packaging.

Unless otherwise specified, the right of return does not exist for distance contracts for the delivery of goods which by their very nature are not suitable for return or which could quickly spoil or whose expiry date would be exceeded.

You can return goods that are not easily perishable without giving reasons within 14 days by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this instruction in text form (e.g. as a letter, fax, e-mail), but not before receipt of the goods at the recipient. In order to meet the time limit, it is sufficient to send the goods in good time. In any case, the return will be made at our expense and risk.

In the event of an effective return, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits drawn must be issued. In the event of a deterioration of the item and for uses (e.g. benefits of use) that cannot or cannot be issued in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the value. For the deterioration of the item and for the benefits drawn, you only have to pay compensation to the extent that the uses or the deterioration are due to a handling of the item that goes beyond the examination of the properties and the functioning. “Testing the properties and functionality” means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in the store, for example. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The deadline begins for you with the sending of the goods, for us with the receipt.


With your order, our shipping, delivery and payment terms (terms and conditions) are accepted as part of the contract. The contractual relationship is governed by German law. Place of fulfillment and jurisdiction is, as far as the purchaser is a registered trader, for both parts Aachen. Basis of this service is the shipment of goods according to BGB (German Civil Code).


Taking privacy policy rules into account, we store and process personal and company-related data and use it to carry out the contractual relationship and for our advertising purposes (e.g. shipping of the annual Printen brochure). Data will not be shared with third parties; except for shipping our own advertising materials. You are entitled at any time to obtain information about the scope and purpose of data processing. Please write us for further information. In addition, you are entitled to rectification, blocking and deletion of your data after completion of the purpose-oriented implementation of the contract. We reserve the right to have your data verified by a credit protection company.
The data security encryption protocol used when transferring payment information is SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).
