Shipping, delivery and payment conditions (T&C)

You choose your Nobis specialties from the Nobis present catalog. Leave everything else to us including all shipping and possibly customs formalities. Nobis will ensure that your gift package is in place on time with no additional charges to the recipient. However, to ensure that your package reaches the recipient on the desired date break-proof and deliciously fresh, there are still a few points to consider.

The conclusion of the contract via online store is exclusively in German language. After you have sent your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming that we have received your order and listing its details (confirmation of receipt). This confirmation of receipt informs you that we have received your order. At the same time we accept your offer and the purchase contract is concluded. Likewise, with the confirmation of receipt you will receive all the customer information that you should print out for your records. Your orders will be stored by us after the conclusion of the contract. If you lose your records of your orders, please contact us by email/fax/phone. We will be happy to send you a copy of the data. In case of delivery delays, we will inform you as soon as possible.


Shipping charges also include the following Nobis services:

  • Postage and delivery fee
  • Assembling and unbreakable packing of the articles
  • Address labels (provision of a suitable Excel file for large orders)
  • Enclose your personal greeting cards

Note: We are committed to protecting your personal data!
We ship (domestic) with DHL.
We do not charge a minimum quantity surcharge.


To simplify the process of placing an order, please use the form available from us. Please indicate the recipient’s address legibly (in block letters) and include the postal code, street and house number (no parcel can be sent to a P.O. Box).


Orders can only be processed once we have received them in full (i.e. with complete orderer or recipient addresses or address lists and – if desired – with your greeting cards).


Nobis ships to any desired address in the country and abroad. Shipping is additional to all shipping and customs formalities.


For the sake of quality and freshness, we work in the bakery on an artisan basis without stock, so it requires perfect pre-planning, especially before Christmas. Therefore: Be sure to order in advance! This means approximately 3 weeks before the desired arrival date in Germany or Europe and 4 weeks before the desired date for worldwide shipping outside Europe.

Please keep in mind that many of the recipients will also be traveling over the holidays.
Incoming orders are processed as quickly as possible in the order in which they are received.


No preservatives are processed in our products. The gift is therefore intended for fresh consumption. We do not assume any liability in case of improper storage of the food.


After invoicing, we ask for immediate payment without further deductions. For all orders, we reserve the right of ownership until full payment of the entire claim.


For large shipping quantities, please talk to our gift service regarding conditions and shipping costs. Central delivery of gift or ready-to-ship packages to a delivery point designated by you is possible by freight forwarding, by mail or by Nobis delivery service.


The shipping costs do not include customs duties and taxes that may be levied in the recipient countries when shipping abroad. Incorrect and incomplete recipient addresses will mean returning the gifts to us. Unfortunately, we have to charge the customer for any costs incurred as a result. We cannot provide replacements or refunds for unclaimed gifts from the post office.


You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us Nobis Printen e.K., Charlottenburger Allee 30, 52068 Aachen, phone: 0241/968000, fax: 0241/9680088, email: by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to Nobis Printen e.K., Charlottenburger Allee 30, 52068 Aachen, Germany, without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to the handling of the goods which is not necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.


With your order, our terms and conditions of shipment, delivery and payment (T&C) are accepted as part of the contract. German law shall apply to the contractual relationship. The place of performance and jurisdiction for both parties, insofar as the customer is a registered trader, is Aachen. The basis of this service is the consignment sale according to the German Civil Code (BGB).


In compliance with data protection regulations, we store and process personal and company-related data and use them to implement the contractual relationship and for our advertising purposes (e.g. mailing of the annual Printen brochure). Data will not be passed on to third parties; except for sending our own advertising material. You are entitled to obtain information about the scope and purpose of data processing and to object to its use at any time by writing to us. In addition, you are entitled to have your data corrected, blocked and deleted after completion of the purpose-related performance of the contract. We reserve the right to have your data checked by credit protection companies.
The encryption protocol used for data security during the transmission of payment information is SSL.


All prices include the statutory value added tax and do not include shipping costs. The prices at the time of the order apply.
